Troubleshooting Steps:


From homescreen configuration, remove the views which are not required and reload homescreen.


  • If you are not seeing a view despite adding it on configuration screen below troubleshooting steps can be helpful:

1. Click 'Show Empty' button in case there are no records to show. 


2. If above does not work, check if a field is selected in the dropdown next to Show Empty button. If not, please select a field from drop down as shown below:




  • If you are seeing below error, please revise filters (by updating 'view by' or adding frequencies)
